How to Address Damaged Items in the Portal

If any items are damaged/unsellable, the issue will be displayed under the "Fix Items" tab. This section provides options for addressing and resolving the problem.


STEP 1: Log in to the Prep It Pack It Ship It Portal. 


STEP 2: Navigate to the "Fix Issues" page.


STEP 3: Select "Actions" to view information about the damaged or unsellable item.
