How to Add Items to Inventory in the Portal

The portal offers several options for adding items to your inventory. The first method involves adding a single item. To do this, please follow these steps:



STEP 1: Navigate to the "Inventory" page and select "Add Item".




STEP 2: Enter the SKU, then name your new inventory on the "Title", and choose whether or not to link it to Amazon or a different channel.



STEP 3: Select "Generate SKU" and select "Save" to add the item. 





Second Method: Adding multiple items to the Inventory


Adding items individually can be quite time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple items. Uploading a spreadsheet of items to the inventory allows you to add several items simultaneously, significantly streamlining the process.


STEP 1: Navigate to the "Inventory" page and select "Upload Spreadsheet".




STEP 2: A new page will appear. Select "Download Spreadsheet" to obtain the template spreadsheet.




STEP 3: Complete the template spreadsheet by filling in the details for your new inventory items.



STEP 4: Next, upload your updated inventory spreadsheet to the portal. Simply select "Browse", and select your file, and then select "Upload".
