The portal integrates with Amazon seller accounts and will automatically import all active listings to the portal. Amazon provides the merchant SKU and ASIN, and if available, the FNSKU, UPC, and EAN codes.
NOTE: If manually adding items to the portal, the portal merchant SKU MUST match the merchant SKU in the Amazon listing. Inventory in non-matching SKUs must be transferred to a matching SKU before items can be sold on Amazon.
If the item is not currently listed in the Amazon seller account, please attempt to use the same SKU in both the portal and the Amazon selling account. Amazon will add the remaining product identifiers by the following day.
The portal offers two options for adding items to your inventory. The first method will add a single item. To do this, please follow these steps:
STEP 1: Navigate to the "Inventory" page and select "Add Item".
STEP 2: Enter the SKU, then name your new inventory on the "Title". Leave the Create Listing on Channels buttons off. Select the Save button.
Second Method: Adding multiple items to the Inventory
Adding items individually can be quite time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple items. Uploading a spreadsheet of items to the inventory allows you to add several items simultaneously, significantly streamlining the process.
STEP 1: Navigate to the "Inventory" page and select "Upload Spreadsheet".
STEP 2: A new page will appear. Select "Download Spreadsheet" to obtain the basic template spreadsheet.
STEP 3: Complete the template spreadsheet by filling in the details for your new inventory items.
STEP 4: Next, upload your updated inventory spreadsheet to the portal. Simply select "Browse", and select your file, and then select "Upload".
