Follow the steps below to create shipments to FBA warehouses.
NOTE: If you provide instructions within the Inbound Order to send your products to FBA, we will create the Outbound Shipment for you. Please see instructions here for Inbound Shipments.
We also have a video instruction for FBA shipments available here.
Step 1: In the portal, select Outbound Shipments from the left-hand menu. Select the blue New Shipment button in the upper right-hand corner.
Within the Create Outbound Shipment form, add a Shipment Name and any instructions for the warehouse team to know about this shipment, such as the type of service requested. Select the blue Create Shipment button.
While checking in your inventory within the Outbound Shipment, our warehouse staff will look to the Shipment Notes for clear and specific instructions from you about how to process your inventory for FBA.
Some of our most common service options:
- Create an FBA shipment, and...
- Carton forwarding
- Apply FNSKU labels
- Apply FNSKU labels and polybag
- Apply FNSKU labels and bubble wrap
- Process into product bundles/multipacks
Step 2: Select the blue Add Items button. A list of products will appear. Items can be found within the search field, too.
Search for your item and select the blue Plus Button to add the item to the shipment. Enter the expected quantity (ignore the expiration date), and select the blue Add Items button. Continue adding items until all of the products in the shipment have been added.
Stop at this point. Do not select the blue Arrange Transport button in the upper right corner. We will verify the inventory included in your order and proceed with your shipment.
*** Alternatively, existing shipping plans may be imported from Amazon Seller Central. Within the Inbound Shipments menu, select the blue Import Amazon Shipments button.
A list of shipping plans will appear. Select the blue Import Plan button for the desired shipment.
A new outbound shipment will be created in the portal, complete with all required documents and labels. You may additional instructions for the shipment in the Outbound Shipment Notes field.
