How to Connect an Amazon Seller Account to the Portal

Our portal syncs with Amazon's API for Seller Central accounts with a Professional Selling membership. When connected, the portal will receive a seller's active listings and interact with Shipping Plans. 


The portal has the ability to inport existing shipping plans from the 'Send to Amazon' workflow, as well as create new shipping plans and export to Seller Central. 


To connect the portal to your Amazon seller account follow these steps:


STEP 1: Log in to the Prep It Pack It Ship It Portal. 


STEP 2: Open the "Channel" page.


STEP 3: Select the "Configure" button under Amazon.




STEP 4: Select the country your Amazon account is in. You can also enter your store name as a reference.




STEP 5: Select "Save", and wait for the "Authorize Connection" box to appear.




STEP 6: Click the "Authorize" button. Amazon will request that you log in to your account to authorize the connection. The integration name we are using is "TradeLink". Click the Confirm button to continue.




Congratulations, your Amazon account is now connected!
