Amazon has issued the following error message in the portal for your outbound shipment.

Why this happens:
This error occurs when Amazon's API cannot match the FNSKU of the item in the portal with the FNSKU in your Amazon seller account.

Although the SKU and FNSKU may indeed match accurately, Amazon’s API is not registering it correctly. When this happens, there is nothing we can do on our end to resolve it.
What to do:
To resolve this error, visit your Seller Central account and create a new merchant SKU on this ASIN. Amazon will create a new matching FNSKU. Then please let us know when you have done this.
We will transfer the old FNSKU for this ASIN to the new FNSKU and update the outbound shipment.
