Adding tracking information in the portal informs us about the status and progress of your shipments/orders. It may also aid us in identifying missing cartons or received shipments without a matching client name in the portal.
The following will guide in adding tracking information to inbound shipments in the portal.
STEP 1: Log in to the Prep It Pack It Ship It Portal.
STEP 2: Navigate to the "Inbound Shipments".
STEP 3: Access the shipment you intend to send, then click on "Add Tracking Numbers" located at the top right corner.
STEP 4: Select the "Select Carrier" box and choose the carrier you will be using for shipping. If you're not using a carrier, opt for the "No Tracking Number" option from the dropdown menu. This will set the status of the shipment from 'Open' to 'Shipped'.
STEP 5: If you wish to include a tracking number with the shipment, select the blue "Add Tracking Number" button and input your number.
NOTE: Keep in mind that if you opt to ship without a tracking number, you won't receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the shipment.
STEP 6: Select "Save"
