Why this happens:
This error indicates the item’s package dimensions are missing within the product listing in your Seller Central account. This usually occurs when an item is sent to an Amazon FBA warehouse for the first time.
What to do:
An item’s package dimensions are not the same as the product dimensions found within Seller Central. Please visit your Seller Central account to add them to the product. Here’s how:
- Open the ‘Manage Inventory’ page in Seller Central
- Locate the item and select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down menu
- Select the 'More Details’ option and search for ‘Package Dimensions’ and ‘Package Weight’
- Add the item's package dimensions and weight, and select ‘Save and Finish’
